Devil’s Gulch is a brutal and beautiful new course in the East Cascades of Washington state. We have three options for runners: a 120 miler, a 50 miler, and a half marathon. All of the races have extremely generous cutoffs, so people of all abilities can join us.
The 120 miler starts on Friday morning, July 10, 2020, and has a 48-hour cutoff. The course is a loop that is about 36 miles long, with multiple aid stations. After finishing this loop three times, runners will take a 12-mile loop to the finish line to total 120 miles.
The 50 miler starts on Saturday morning, July 11, 2020, and has a 24-hour cutoff. That’s right: 24 hours to do a 50! What could go wrong?? The course takes you on the 36-mile loop and the 13.1-mile loop to the finish line party.
We also have a half marathon option on Saturday night – perfect if you have friends or family who want to run, but don’t want to run 120 miles. The race will start in the evening and is a single 13.1 mile loop.
